- We provide a 24-hour phone-in system that can be accessed any time of the day or night via any telephone.
- We also offer transcription from digital sound files with the ability to download files from client servers/website.
- Not only does digital dictation improve the quality and clarity of each recording, this also enables us to provide back-up storage of voice files for our clients which significantly improves reliability.
- All electronic files/records are backed up on a hard drive for one year.
